Who we are

AI Job Finder is run by the operator of AI Job Finder ("we"). These terms apply to your use of the website and the service. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

What the service does

AI Job Finder collects job postings from public job boards and company career pages, scores them against your search profile and CV, reviews your CV, and helps you tailor it and apply. Scores, reviews and suggested edits are produced by AI models. They are suggestions to help you decide, not advice or a guarantee of any outcome, and they can be wrong. Check a posting and your application yourself before you rely on them.

We do not employ, recruit for or represent any of the employers whose postings you see, and we are not responsible for their postings.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and give a working email address you control.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are for your own job search, not for running searches on behalf of others as a business.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing and has the allowances shown on our pricing. Pro costs €9 a month, tax included, and adds the allowances shown there.

Pro is sold and billed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles payment, invoices and sales tax. Pro renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; Pro then stays on until the end of the month you paid for and does not renew. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may change prices or allowances for future periods; we will tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you.

Your content

You keep the rights to the CVs and other material you upload. You let us store and process them only to provide the service to you, including sending them to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy. Upload only material you have the right to use, and do not put other people's personal data in it without their permission.

When you send an application through the service, you decide what it says and who receives it. You are responsible for its content.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:

• try to get around allowances, rate limits or security, or access other people's accounts or data;
• scrape, copy or resell the service or the postings it collects;
• use it to send spam or unwanted messages to employers;
• upload anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

Ending your account

You can download your data and delete your account at any time from your account page. Free accounts that are not used for twelve months are deleted, after a warning email a month before. We may stop offering the service; if we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any Pro period you have paid for but cannot use.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available, complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or lost income, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator of AI Job Finder is established, without taking away the protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
